Abstract: The gathering and transportation system of crude oil in Baolang oilfield has been running for years,various kinds of questions appeared and seriouly affected the whole oil field exploitation and development.For example,the valve group of coming oil and high & low pressure degreaser has not the arts and crafts of byway,coil scaled formation and cankered very much in the separator of oil gas and water,producing effect is not good,wastage of crude oil storage tank breath is very large and perforation of slop line pipe occurs frequently,it is difficult to ensure water quality well,etc.Through analysis and investigation,by perfecting the arts and crafts,using the equipment that strong magnetism arrest scale and composite material line pipe,ameliorating the technique of slop produced and optimizing the equipment operation,etc.to ensure the crude oil dehydrate eligibility,quality of slop produced achieve A3 standard,wastage of oil and gas is reduced.The question of slop pipe perforation has been sovled,and then the safety of the produce system can be guranteed.
