  • 摘要: 研究了稠油热采井套损机理,给出了管柱提拉预应力和下入套管热力补偿器两种套损防治措施计算理论。模拟计算表明:设置提拉预应力时,管柱需提拉的最小预应力和最小拉伸长度随管柱温度的升高而先升高后降低;下入套管热应力补偿器时,管柱需要的最小补偿伸长量随管柱温度和长度的增加而增加,但增加趋势变缓。该计算理论可用于指导热采井套损防治的方案设计和施工作业。

     

    Abstract: According to the study of heavy oil thermal recovery casing damage mechanism, two casing damage prevention computation theory of pipe string pulling up prestress and casing thermal compensator are made. Simulation results show that: when set pulling up prestress, the minimum pulling prestressed needed for pulling pipe string and minimum tensile length increased firstly, then decreased with the increasing of pipe string temperature; when using the casing thermal stress compensator, the required minimum compensation increased with the increasing of pipe string temperature and length, but the increasing tends slow. The computation theory can be used to guide the thermal recovery wells casing damage prevention design and construction work.
