  • 摘要: 两性离子聚合物FZ—367和XY—27是钻井液强抑制性处理剂。经在河南油田和塔里木油田的推广应用表明,FA—367、XY—27复配体系抑制性强,能有效地抑制泥页岩水化膨胀和水化分散,且FA—367包被絮凝能力较强,降滤失效果显著;XY—27剪切稀释性好。该钻井液体系具有用药量少,维护处理简单,润滑性好,无毒无污染等优点。能够提高机械钻速,降低井径扩大率,减少井下复杂情况的发生,且施工中泥浆排放量减少,有利于环境保护。

     

    Abstract: The amphoteric polymer FA-367 and XY-27 are additives with highly inhibitive character. Applications in Henan Oil Field and Talimu Oil Field testified that the combination of FA-367 and XY-27 had highly inhibitive effect, and hydrated swelling and dispersion of mud shales could be inhibited effectively. FA -367,with strong encapsulation and flocculability, is a good fluid loss agent, and XY -27 has a wonderful shear - thinning effect:The drilling fluid system has the advantages of reducing additives, simplifying maintenance, good lubricity, no toxicity and no contamination. By utilzing the system, rate of penetration can be improved, wellbore enlargement is able to be reduced, and downhole problems can also be decreased. Besides, mud discharge scale can largely be reduced, it is advantageous to the environmental protection.
