污水回收工艺的改进

Improvement of Disposal of Sewages

  • 摘要: 油水井中的洗井液,沉降罐、缓冲罐、注水罐的污水,压力过滤罐的反冲洗污水等都含有大量的乳化原油、机杂、泥沙、碎屑等,直接进入800m~3污水池后由泵提升进入污水一次沉降罐,形成恶性循环,使污水处理的负荷增大,水质变差。通过工艺技术改造,使待处理的污水经过三级沉降,进入800m~3污水池,泵入污水一次沉降罐,使液量均匀,水质变好。同时对污水池、压力过滤罐进行了流程改进和设备改造,使水处理工艺、设备更加完善,确保了油田注入水的水质。

     

    Abstract: In the Jianghe Disposal Central of Oil and Water, several sewages flowed into the sewage tank directly, then into the setting tank,thus caused amount of Disposal work to raise and quality of water to go to the bad. Therefore require to improve technological process and equipments. The disposal steps after improvement are:l. the sewages to enter a system of separating sand and Oil, 2. to be damped and settled, 3. to enter the sewage setting tank. Through these improvements, we insured good quality of injested water for oil field.
