井下机液控制变径稳定器的设计与改进

Design and Improvement of Downhole Hydraulic Adjustable Stabilizer

  • 摘要: 根据井眼轨道控制理论,改变稳定器的位置和外径,可改变井底钻具组合的类型,从而达到稳斜、降斜或增斜的工艺目的。可变径稳定器作为一类重要的定向工具,尤其应用于现代钻井过程中。文中介绍了一种机液控制变径稳定器(自动井斜角控制器)的结构和工作原理,分析了可变径稳定器执行机构的特点,认为正确分析其主要部件—主轴(主活塞)在井下的受力状况,是变径稳定器执行机构设计的关键环节。以自动井斜角控制器为例,通过实际计算,改进了主轴(主活塞)及其复位装置的结构方案,为井下工具的设计提供了借鉴。

     

    Abstract: According to wellbore trajectory control theory, thetype of BHA can be changed through modifying thelocation and OD of stabilizers to realize building up,dropping or holding hole angles. As an importantorientation tool, adjustable stabilizer is especially suitablefor modern drilling. This paper introduces the structureand principles of operation of a hydraulic adjustablestabilizer and analyzes the characteristics of its actuatingmechanism. It is believed that correct allalysis of theforces on its mainshaft(main piston) is critical for design.Taking automatic deviation angle stabilizer as an example,structure of mainshaft and its reset unit are improvedthrough actual calculation.
