Development and Application of Spiral Seals in Centrifugal Pumps

  • 摘要: 针对现场80Y-60、80Y-100×Z、IS100-65-250等型高心系轴封存在泄漏、使用寿命短、需大量冷却水等问题,进行螺旋密封研制。通过螺旋密封的理论研究导出了影响螺旋密封性能的参数,通过室内实验找出了螺旋结构参数与螺旋密封能力的变化规律,并用计算机寻优及结合现用泵的实际结构最终设计、制造出80Y-60等型高心泵螺旋密封的结构。该密封现场应用效果较好,在油田集输系统用泵中具有推广价值。

     

    Abstract: Axial seals in centrifugal pumps of 80Y-60,80Y- 100XZ and IS 100 - 65 - 250 types have disadvantagesof leaking, service life being short and needing largeamounts of cooling water. Spiral seals are developed tosolve these problems. Parameters that influence thefunctions of spiral seals are derived through theoreticalstudy, the changing regularity of the spiral structuralparameters and sealing capacity are found throughlaboratory experiments, and spiral seals that suitable foruse in centrifugal pumps of 80Y-60, 80Y- 100XZ andIS 100- 65- 250 types are designed and rnanufactured.Field application of the spiral seal is very successful.They are worthy of deployment in pumps for use ingathering systems.
