永和气田压裂优化技术研究与应用

Research and application of optimized fracturing technology in Yonghe gas field

  • 摘要: 永和气田为低渗、低压、低丰度岩性气藏,常规的压裂施工压后返排困难,且对储层的伤害较大,影响压裂增产效果。为此,通过全程液氮伴注,加快压后返排速度,降低压裂液对储层的伤害,优化施工工艺,优选低伤害、高性价比的压裂液体系,形成了适合永和气田的压裂改造工艺技术。现场实施证明,该压裂改造工艺技术能够满足永和气田低成本开发战略需求。

     

    Abstract: Yonghe gas field is a lithologic gas reservoir with low permeability,low pressure and low abundance.After conventional fracturing treatment,flowback becomes difficult and big formation damage and poor fracturing stimulation have been produced.Therefore,through injecting liquid nitrogen,speeding up flowback velocity and reducing formation damage of fracturing liquid,new fracturing technology with low formation damage and high cost-effective fractu-ring liquid system has been optimized.Field application indicates the fracturing stimulation technology can meet the need of low cost development strategy in Yonghe gas field.
