Laboratory Study and Field Application of Poly-alco-hol Drilling Fluid

  • 摘要: 通过对聚合醇钻井液体系的室内研究,并结合现场应用情况,分析了该体系的性能特点,指出聚合醇钻井液体系具有良好抗温性、热稳性、润滑性和防塌性。利用聚合醇的浊点效应,降低钻井液的高温高压滤失量,能满足深井、大斜度大位移定向井的钻井工程的使用要求,并且在保护环境等方面具有积极的意义。

     

    Abstract: Properties of poly-alcohol drilling fluid are analyzed based on laboratory study and field application.It has supreme temperature resisting property,thermal stability,lubricating property and collapse -preventing property.High temperature and high pressure filtration loss of the drilling fluid are lowered by using the turbidity point ef-fect to meet the requirements of drilling of deep wells,highly-deviated and extended reach directional wells.It also has positive significance of environmental protection.
