  • 摘要: 有杆泵采油时 ,泵挂深度的确定和抽吸参数的优选始终被人们所关注。从理论上分析导出了极限泵径和极限沉没度 ,并引用小泵深抽技术采用试算法确定了合理的沉没度和泵挂深度。通过对现场应用效果的分析 ,提出了采用小泵径加深泵挂的办法 ,对常规生产井同样可以取得良好的增产效果。

     

    Abstract: Determination of pump setting depth and selection of suction parameters are key to rod pumping. Limit pump diameter and percentage of submergence are derived theoretically. Trial and error method is used to calculate the rational percentage of submergence and pump setting depth. Deepening pump setting depth through utilization of small diameter pumps can effectively increase oil output in conventional producers.
