Abstract: Co mmunity management is a new industry in China.Community management in oilfiel d is at its beginning,and various issues exist.This paper analyzes the issues existed and presents measures to solve these problems in respects of enhancing understanding,normalizing management sys-tem,perfecting matching facilities ,deepening reform of la-bor system and improving service quality.
