Abstract: In the article, the western Sichuan Dayi areagas drilling well face stability assessment method and thewell stress equation has been given, the bore hole diameterenlargement coefficient has been introduced to study formation collapsed pressure under different bore hole diameter enlargement degree. The Dayi area well drilling actual situationhas been unified to discuss the regional gas drilling hook wall stability distribution rule, finally put forward the proposal to this areas well drilling design.
