Capital Operation Is the Strategic Option of the Non-listed Company of An Oilfield Enterprise

摘要: 油田上市公司和存续企业分离运行以来,存续企业面临着生存和发展一系列问题。本文站在油田存续企业的角度,简述了资本经营的内涵、特征和方式,分析了油田存续企业进一步发展面临的形势,提出了油田存续企业实施资本经营的各种方案和保障措施。

Abstract: The non-listed companies face the problems of sur-vival and development after they are separated from the listed oilfield companies.The connotation,features and modes of capital operation are briefed from the point of view of a non-listed company in this paper.Plans and measures of capital operation are presented based on anal-ysis of the situations facing service companies.
