摘要: 在阐述河南油田炼油厂供电系统现状的基础上,分析了当前供电存在4个方面的问题。提出再建一座110kV变电站,形成新的独立电源等4条提高供电系统安全性、可靠性和增容改造的建议。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the existing 4 problems in the power supply system based on the current situation. Four proposals including building a new 110kV substation are presented to raise the safety, reliability and capacity of the power supply system.
