大庆油田不返排压裂液技术研究及应用

Research and application of non-flowback fracturing fluid technology in Daqing oilfield

  • 摘要: 大庆油田低渗透储层水力压裂已经成为增产改造的主体技术,但应用过程中存在压裂废液处理环保压力大、成本高,压裂后不及时返排会对储层造成伤害,影响增注效果等问题。为此,通过技术攻关成功研制了不返排清洁环保压裂液,该压裂液具有低成本、低伤害、油井零外排、水井不返排的技术优势。该技术在大庆油田低渗透储层累计应用154口井,施工成功率100%,其中,88口油井累计增油3.8×10~4 t,66口水井累计增注51.2×10~4 m~3,减少外排压裂液3.2×10~4 m~3,达到了"零污染、零排放"的要求。

     

    Abstract: Hydraulic fracturing of low permeability reservoir in Daqing oilfield has become the main technology of stimulation, however, there exist environmental pressure and high cost in the process of fracturing waste fluid treatment, and the delayed flowback after fracturing will damage the reservoir and affect the effect of augmented injection. Therefore, the clean and environment-friendly fracturing fluid without backflow has been successfully developed through tackling technical problems. The fracturing fluid has the technical advantages of low cost, low damage, zero outer drainage of oil wells and non-backflow of water wells. The technology has been applied to 154 wells in low permeability reservoir of Daqing oilfield, and the construction success rate is 100%, among which, 88 wells increased oil by 3.8×10~4 t, 66 wells increased water by 51.2×10~4 m~3, and the effluent fracturing fluid was reduced by 3.2×10~4 m~3, meeting the requirements of "zero pollution and zero emission".
