Laboratory study of compounding weak gel with produced water in Chaheji oilfield

  • 摘要: 根据岔河集油田产出污水的实际情况,用聚丙烯酰胺和无毒环保型交联剂柠檬酸铝进行弱凝胶的研制。通过对主剂、交联剂和添加剂浓度的筛选,研制出适用于该油田油藏的无毒环保型弱凝胶体系,并对最佳配方的稳定性、封堵性和提高采收率程度等方面进行了室内评价,在实际研制过程中有效地解决了铁离子降解的问题。

     

    Abstract: According to the components of produced water in Chaheji oilfield, polyacrylamide and aluminum citrate, a kind of non- toxic environment- friendly crosslinker, are used to develop weak gel. A non - toxic environment -friendly weak gel system that is suitable for use in reservoirs of this oilfield is developed through optimizing concentrations of the main agent, crosslinker and additive. It is evaluated in laboratory in respects of the stability, sealing capability and enhanced oil recovery of the optimum formula. The problem of degradation of ferric ion is successfully solved.
