  • 摘要: 室内试验分析了高温(75℃)条件下,油砂、水质和不同含氧量对聚丙烯酰胺水溶液长期老化稳定性的影响,结果表明,不论是在高温或低温条件下,油砂在最初几天内使溶液粘度有一定损失,以后则使溶液保持较好的稳定性;原油对聚合物溶液的稳定性无不利影响;纯净砂和油砂对聚合物溶液稳定性的影响是一致的,均能提高聚合物溶液的稳定性;温度场的作用进一步提高了聚合物的稳定性;油砂的存在提高了聚合物溶液对溶解氧的容忍极限。油砂、地层水和温度场的复合作用抵消了溶解氧和高温的不利影响,大大提高了聚合物溶液的稳定性,对现场先导试验的成功具有重要作用.

     

    Abstract: The influences of oil sands,water quality and dissolved oxygen content on long-term stability of polyacrylamide solutions at high temperature (75℃) are investigated through laboratory experiments. It is found that oil sands can slightly lower solution viscocity in the first few days and then keep it to be higher later no matter the temperature is high or low,Crude oil have no negative effects on the stability of polymer solutions,pure sands have similar effects as oil sands and can improve solution stability which is further improved by temperature field,and the presence of oil sands raises the tolerance limit of polymer solutions to dissolved oxygen.The combination of oil sands, formation water and temperature field counteracts the negative effects of dissolved oxygen and high temerature, and largely improves the stability of polymer solutions, thus are beneficial to the success of pilot polymer flooding.
