Sectional Features and Structural Attributes of Seismic Interfaces in Deep of Nanxiang Basin

Combining with the distribution of Pre-Mesozoicformations in Nanyang- Xiangfan area, we ana1yzed thesectional features and struCtural attributes of the deepseismic interfaces aCquired in petroleum exploration inNanxiang basin.It was discovered that al1 the seismicinterfaces under the upper Cretaceous - Cenozoicsedimentary cover have the common characteristics ofappearing as thrust planes or plow structure p1anes.Thispaper expounds in detail the sectional features andstructura1 attributes of the seismic interfaces and doesregional correlation by integrating wth the data acquired inthe marginal area of the basin.
