Optimization design and application of double hollow rod hot water circulation process parameters

  • The crude oil in Henan oilfield is characterized by high wax content, high viscosity and poor fluidity,which brings great difficulties to exploitation. The hot water circulation technology in double hollow rod, by using the ground heating and pressurizing process, the internal closed cycle of heat carrier in double hollow rod was achieved, which effectively solved the problem of wellbore flow of crude oil. Combined with the application of closed cycle in coaxial double hollow rod of lifting technology in Henan oilfield, parameter optimization of hot water circulation in double hollow rod of wellbore lifting technology was carried out. The results show that the established temperature calculation model of wellbore fluid in coaxial double hollow rod optimizes the hot water circulation parameters, ensures the wellhead oil temperature and improves the crude oil fluidity.
