Sedimentary microfacies and model analysis of Fuyu oil layers of Fuyu oilfield

  • Based on core and logging analysis, in combination with regional geology background and sedimentary characteristics, Fuyu oil layers in Zhongcheng area of Fuyu oilfield have been considered to be deposited in shallow water delta. Logging facies identification model has been established on single well facies analysis. The results show I sand group belongs to delta front deposit and six sedimentary microfacies, underwater distributary channel, mouth bar, distal bar, underwater interdistributary bay, sheet sand and prodelta mud, have been identified out. II, III and IV sand groups belong to delta plain deposit and 4 microfacies, distributary channel, overbank sand, crevasse-splay and interdistributary bay, have been identified out. Combined with sand body and sedimentary microfacies distribution regularity analysis, the sedimentary model of this area has been summarized and sand body distribution characteristics and regularity have been determined. The results show the distributary channel is favorable for hydrocarbon enrichment and potential tapping of remaining oil, which provides technology support for further effective development of remaining oil.
