Stratigraphic overlap line identification and description method based on seismic forward modeling

In seismic description,the tracking overlap line according to seismic reflection characteristics is not in line with the overlap line of the actual formation reservoir,the stratigraphic overlap line identification and description method is the key to the success of stratigraphic reservoir exploration.Under the guidance of the integration of seismic geological research,through detailed analysis in geomorphology and provenance system research,the favorable targets of stratigraphic overlap belt and structure-stratigraphic trap development have been made clear.On the basis of these,fine sequence analysis has been carried out,then the isochronous stratigraphic framework has been established,and therefore,the sand-shale seismic response characteristics have been analyzed in detail.With the integrated use of phase analysis,seismic forward modeling,seismic attribute analysis technologies,the research on stratigraphic overlap line identification and description method has been carried out.Through the application of practical data,the stratigraphic overlap line position has been better described,and it has obtained the good exploration results.
