Improvement of Recovery and Utilization Rate of Flue Gas Energy From Semi-regenerative RFCC Units

  • The amount of regenerated flue gas and its CO con-tent increase along with the adulterated residual oil rate going up in RFCC units.CO furnace cannot completely re-cover the energy of regenerated flue gas resulting in energy waste.In order to increase the recovery rate of flue gas from regenerative RFCC units,technical transformation is performed on CO furnace leading to a recover rate of near100%.
