Application of gas logging data in Anshen 1 well shale rock hydrocarbon evaluation

Anshen 1well is adventurous prospecting well which seeks for shale rock gas.Well drilling confirmed shale rock developed in the study area,shale rock layer gas logging indicates abnormally.Mud logging data,analytical lab data,modern logging interpretation all confirmed the porosity,the powder sand content,organic matter type and abundance of this shale rock all are similar to America gas-rich shale rock.Calculation data of modern logging technology indicates rich absorption gas and free gas exist in the shale rock.In this article,the well development degree,shale rock layer gas logging abnormal indication have been introduced firstly,then the evaluation basis of shale(mud) rock hydrocarbon by using gas logging has been elaborated.Based on this,the interpretation of Anshen 1 well shale rock layer by applying C1/ΣC-C2/C3 gas logging interpretation chart version,Picxler gas logging chart,gas logging curve have been introduced.Confirmed by formation fracturing oil testing,these interpretation evaluation results are credible.
