Comparative optimization of reasonable production allocation methods in Fuling shale gas field

  • Based on the characteristics of multistage fracturing of horizontal wells in Fuling shale gas field, the principles of reasonable production proration of shale gas wells are summarized. Against the principles of allocation, the corresponding proration method is given. Finally, each method and its adaptability are compared and analyzed. Therefore, a reasonable method of distribution and production adapted to the geological and technological characteristics of Fuling shale gas field was optimized. The optimization results show that the simulated empirical production allocation method, the production allocation method of gas production indicator curve and the production allocation method of unstable yield analysis are suitable for comprehensive correction of production allocation coefficient and output value. The critical fluid carrying rate and the critical sand-carrying gas volume distribution method are used to determine the lower limit and the upper limit respectively. If the modified matching output value is within the upper and lower limits, the modified matching output value is taken as the reasonable matching output value. If the value is greater than the upper limit, the critical sand-carrying gas quantity is taken as the reasonable production value. If the value is less than the lower limit, the critical fluid carrying capacity is taken as the reasonable production value.
