An Analysis of Factors Causing Fluctuation of RFCC Gasoline Quality and Relevant Solutions

Along with the increasing of adulteration rate of fi-nal residuum in RFCC and carbon content of raw materi-als,the original deodorization process can no longer meet the requirements of products.Through analyzing the caus-es of quality fluctuation of RFCC deodorized gasoline, measures to improve the quality of RFCC gasoline are presented in respects of optimization of raw material properties and operational parameters and improvement of technological methods.It is believed that combination of Merox extraction tower with fixed bed alkali-free deodor-ization process can enlarge subtractive ratio of mercaptan and enhance gasoline quality to meet quality indexes of gasoline products.
