Research progress and prospect of intelligent separate injection technology for water injection wells

  • The conventional separate injection technology of water injection wells has many problems, such as complex measurement and adjustment technology, large workload and poor applicability, while the intelligent separate injection can solve these problems, which is the direction of separate water injection development. The technical principles and the research progress of the three technologies, including cable type intelligent injection, non-contact intelligent injection and non-cable type intelligent injection, were introduced. The supporting tools, operation process, adjustment process, sealing detection, dynamic monitoring and the data transmission of the three intelligent injection technologies were compared and analyzed. The problem of water nozzle blockage can be solved through the development of anti-blocking water nozzle or salvage nozzle. The service life of intelligent water injection technology can be improved through the research of low power consumption water nozzle measurement and adjustment technology, as well as the integrated research on highperformance(rechargeable) battery or battery water nozzle, which can provide a reference for the next step and the perfection of intelligent sub injection technology of water injection wells.
