Ways to Economically Develop Mature Oilfields

Economic development of oilfields is a complex system engineering which involves technical and economic factors. This paper presents some ways to economically develop mature oilfields which include correctly understanding the relationship between production and benefit, taking measures to lower cost on the basis of rational determination of economic production, accelerating transformation of scientific and technical achievements to production capacity and enhancing control of investment and improving benefits of investment.
