Technical Transformation and Optimization of Liquid Phase Bulk Polymerization Unit

  • Several measures were implemented to solve problems such as high energy and material consumption and low product yield of liquid phase bulk polymerization unit in Henan Oil Refinery. They include technical innovation,operation optimization, application of ordinary hydrogen and a new DQ-2 catalyst. After implementation of these measures, energy consumption lowered 64%, product yield increased 17.5% and hydrogenation cost dropped 66.7%.
