Study of dune curve static correction method in large desert area in Tarim basin

Most of the surfaces in Tarim basin are covered by desert, especially in Tazhong area where the dunes are tall and big and surface relief is strong. Static correction with model method cannot solve the problems of static correction of medium and long wavelengths. Dune curve static correction is a good method to solve the problems of static correction of medium and long wavelengths. This paper introduces the methods of achieving dune curves and presents the application effects of dune curve static correction.
