Theoretical Computing Method of Starting Pressure of Percolation in Low-Permeability Reservoirs

Fluid must overcome certain pressure before it can flow in oil reservoirs, this pressure is defined as the starting pressute of fluid percolation.Based on rheological principles, this paper derives a theoretical formula for calculating the starting pressure of fluid percolation in low- permeability reservoirs.It is simple and easy to use and can provides scientific basis for disposition of oil field development plan.
